Bromma parts are also developed for the harsh physical environments found at terminals around the world. They are designed not only for high impact, frequent collision operations, but also for optimum performance in high humidity and in various temperature ranges. Designing spare parts for real world container handling means special attention to design, materials, stress cycles and lubricants. The Bromma spreaders consists of a huge number of different parts. In developing the handling of spare parts and ensuring shortest possible downtime, Bromma has released 14 spare part kits. These kits consists of parts that by statistic are often replaced and parts that should be replaced together. Bromma intentions is to release more kits during year 2006.
