Maximize the reliability of your spreader fleet with scheduled fleet evaluation

by Bromma

Spreader fleet evaluation involves a thorough review of the spreader's mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, as well as the frame structure.

It can be performed by Bromma field Service Engineers on a scheduled basis - either every six months or every twelve months. Following evaluation, fleet managers receive a report that reviews, on an item-by-item basis, the condition of spreaders in your fleet, as well as cost-effective recommendations for their repair.

Fleet evaluation is a way to identify potential problems before they become real problems. The cost of regular fleet evaluation returns to the user in the form of lower spreader downtime and extended spreader life. Bromma can also perform fleet evaluations according to the requirements of statuatory inspection bodies, as needed.

Scheduled Preventive Maintenance

In certain cases, preventive maintenance can be outsourced to Bromma Field Service engineers on a scheduled basis. The frequency of spreader servicing is linked to the number of lift cycles the equipment performs over a particular period of time.
